This policy explains what information the Drunk Beardy Runner mobile game (the "Game") collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. By installing and playing the Game you agree to the practices described here.
We do not ask you for any personal information. The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, no purchases, and no forms. The only information that leaves your device is collected automatically by the third-party advertising services that serve the ads in the Game.
We do not collect or ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, payment or financial information, contacts, calendar, photos, microphone or camera data, precise GPS location, or the files on your device.
The Game displays interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, this service may collect the following from your device:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, or Identifier for Advertisers on iOS) | Selecting ads, limiting how often the same ad is shown, and measuring ad performance |
| Device information — model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, screen size, network connection type | Delivering an ad that works on your device |
| IP address, and the approximate region or country derived from it | Serving region-appropriate ads and complying with regional privacy rules |
| Ad interaction data — ads requested, shown, closed, or clicked, and the app version and session in which this happened | Measuring and paying for advertising, and detecting invalid or fraudulent ad traffic |
This information is collected by the advertising partner directly, and is handled under its own privacy policy:
Ads served by AdMob may be supplied by additional advertising networks that buy the ad space. Those networks receive the same categories of data described above and act under their own privacy policies.
The Game saves your progress and preferences — such as your best score, unlocked characters, and sound settings — locally on your device using the platform's standard app storage. This information is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
The Game does not use Unity Analytics, Unity Cloud Diagnostics, or any other analytics or crash-reporting service. We do not receive gameplay statistics or crash reports.
The information described above is used only to display advertising in the Game and to measure and pay for that advertising. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build profiles for purposes unrelated to advertising.
The Game is not directed to children. It is intended for a general adult audience and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to delete it.
You can limit or reset advertising personalisation at any time from your device settings:
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the Game itself stores nothing about you on our servers, requests of this kind are usually best directed at the advertising partners listed above, which control the data they collect. You are also welcome to contact us and we will help where we can. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Where required by law, the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, through a consent prompt provided by the advertising partner. You can change your answer by resetting the advertising identifier in your device settings.
We do not retain any personal information, because we do not receive any. Data collected by the advertising partners is retained according to their own retention policies, described in the privacy policies linked above.
We may update this policy if the Game changes — for example, if a new advertising or analytics service is added. The revised policy will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
